No. You will be a recognised Re-Seller of our brand and have access to our established partnerships and business materials but you will be completely independent, keeping 100% of your profits!
No. You will need to organise your own insurance arrangements. However, we will help you through this process and ensure you get the best premium possible.

All Stay-Dri products pass through a series of detailed quality control inspections and testing before being released from our UK warehouse.
In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, all Stay-Dri products are covered by a full 12-month guarantee. If within those 12 months there is evidence of a faulty part or workmanship, Stay-Dri will replace the same free of any charge. After your guarantee has expired, any additional parts will be retailed at our highest Re-Seller discount rate.
** Parts must not be sourced from any other supplier and if done so the guarantee and contract will be rendered void **
Yes. Up to 12 different coins of any currency and range can be accepted at speeds of 10cps (coins per second).
Yes. We recommend either £3.00, £3.50 or £4.00 (or equivelant in €/$) depending on your site demographic and footfalls.
Ultimately the decision is yours and our on board programming facility will allow you to alter the retail price at any point.
No. After machines and umbrellas have been purchased, the Re-Seller pays us nothing - NO royalties, NO commissions, NO fees!
Re-Sellers operate independently keeping 100% of their profits!
We are happy to assist in general location options and offer support and advice for approaching specific sites. We will also provide you with our site contract, product catalogues, advertising materials & JPEG promo pack. These materials will help you secure the contracts you are approaching.
We have never experienced any vandalism towards our vending machines.
Our machines are of heavy duty metal construction and are secured by 2 unique key operated locks that display the message - “This Machine Is Alarmed!”
Machines are also generally sited at the exits of locations where there are highly visible security cameras and security staff.
Yes. Delivery prices available on request.
Payment is to be made by Cheque (payable to “Stay-Dri Limited”) or Direct Bank Transfer and is to be paid in full with your order.
If however we do not have your required goods in stock at that time, payment is taken on a 70:30 basis. 70% at the time of your order and 30% just before your goods leave our UK warehouse for delivery.
From receiving funds, orders are usually dispatched within 10-14 days. This time will be used for final quality control checks, configuring your system to your requirements, transferring artwork and general processing & admin. From dispatching your order, your goods should arrive within 3-4 business days. During this time you will receive regular order progress updates.
